The 1st time I met Teo and Marina was in January of 2021…

The first time I did Ayahuasca with the 2 healers from the Shipibo Tribe, my intention was to learn more about my purpose here on this Earth. She (Ayahuasca) gave me a not-so-clear vision, and a clear-as-day name:

LOVE TO THE PEOPLE.

Since then, I have sat with Marina and Teo again in Peru, and together with a team of powerful women, we photographed and interviewed Marina for an upcoming book titled Spirit Woman - the story of 13 indigenous medicine women from around the world.

In the interview for Spirit Woman, I asked Marina what she wants to the world to know about Ayahuasca and these ceremonies, she replied:

“There needs to be more focus and support. 5 years from now, ayahuasca will run out. We are growing ayahuasca, and we would be very proud to receive donations [to help support more planting of the vines]. A lot of times, the money we receive goes to paying people to grow more ayahuasca. However there is some division in our community because some are more evangelical and others are more traditional. But me and my family and many others get a lot of energy from ayahuasca we want to make sure it doesn’t run out. I want the world to know that in every ceremony, we pray for global healing for the collective; and pray that people are happy and healthy. And we pray for their family and friends. I am very proud to do this work. We are honored to be in service in this way, and to help people. And we want people to come and visit us - friends around the world -and to please come to our center. We all need healing and we help a lot of people [to heal].”

Every donation and purchase of a raffle ticket will be donated directly to Teo and Marina who are already at work in their community planting more ayahuasca vines in Peru.
